How to Property is Live — Welcome to the Early Release
We've opened the doors early so the first wave of Australians buying, investing, or just getting their head around property can start learning today. Here's what's ready, what's coming on 14 May, and how to shape what we build next.

HTips & Guides
Today we're flipping the switch on the early release of How to Property — a free, plain-English property education platform built for Australians. Courses, tools, and answers, personalised to the state you're in and the kind of buyer you are. No paywalls. No jargon. No nonsense.
The full release lands on 14 May 2026. Between now and then, we're running an intentional early window: a working product in real hands, with the roadmap still flexible enough that your feedback can move it.
What's ready today
Every feature below is live and free to use — no account required for most of it, and signup is a single click whenever you want to track progress.
Courses and lessons across first home buyer, investment, and upgrader journeys — bite-sized steps you can finish in a lunch break.
A growing collection of property definitions, written for humans instead of solicitors.
Calculators for borrowing power, deposit planning, stamp duty, purchase costs, rental yield, and mortgage repayments — all state-aware.
A community forum where you can ask the kind of question you wouldn't ask a broker on the first call.
What's coming on 14 May
The full release rounds out the content library, polishes the personalisation, and brings a few things we're deliberately keeping quiet until they're ready. The early window exists so the last mile is shaped by real users rather than our best guesses.
Partnerships
If you run a brokerage, a buyer's agency, a conveyancing practice, or any business that sits alongside a property journey, we'd love to hear from you. We're building partnership pages for businesses that want to be genuinely useful to Australians at the start of their property decisions — not just advertised to them.
How you can help shape this
The most valuable thing in the next two weeks is honest feedback. Tell us what's unclear, what you wish existed, what you bounced off, what made you come back. Every piece of it feeds directly into the 14 May release.
Thanks for being here this early. Start wherever makes sense — a course, a calculator, a forum thread, or a definition you've been meaning to learn. And use the Learn more link in the banner any time you want to talk to us.
